So, what exactly are No Bake Cookie Overnight PROATS?! PROATS = Protein + Oats! This recipe is a healthy twist on a classic favorite that will not disappoint! Also, this is a great recipe that is easy to use on your Meal Prep Day!
Making a meal ahead of time like this one, will leave you prepared and in a state of satisfaction where you look forward to your next meal and not absolutely dread it!
