Chocolate PB Banana French Toast (Meal Prep)
Does this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana French Toast look amazing or what!? I don't know about you ... but this is easily one of my favorite combinations! Whether I'm drinking a Chocolate PB Banana Protein Shake or indulging at one of my favorite ice cream shops ... I get the Chocolate PB Banana combo EVERY TIME!! - Sometimes, if I'm feeling CRAZY, I add Cookie Dough to that shake!! Hahah
So, because I need my fix! Even though I would love to eat the ice cream version with full sugar and fat, I WON'T! I GOT GOALS so that's why I LOVE this French Toast! Even better besides the fact that it's healthy, high in protein, low in fat is the fact that I can make a large batch of these bad boys in the OVEN when I'm MEAL PREPPING for the week!!
So, therefore I have NO EXCUSES to not be prepared for a healthy week! Speaking of excuses ... What are some of the ones you suffer from? It's easy to make excuses right!? They sound something like, "I don't have the money" or "I don't have the time" or "My whole family is big, I'm just thicker". Sound familiar? I know a couple of these have come out of my mouth at different times! BUT ... I'm here to tell you something that you probably already knew ... NONE of these are TRUE!
