Chocolate Caramel Protein Moon Pops




I need to make a confession ... I am a SNACK - LOVER! There have definitely been times when I have had a variety of snacks in place of dinner!

These Chocolate Caramel Protein Moon Pops are AMAZING as a pre or post workout snack, anytime snack, dessert or breakfast! On top of that, that are healthy and EASY with only 5 ingredients!

Well now that I've got you drooling ... Here is the recipe!

Chocolate Caramel Protein Moon Pops

  1. Moon Pops (2) - I bought mine from Smiths AKA Kroger, I used the Cinnamon ones but you could go with any other flavor. If you can't find these, you could also sub rice crackers but the Macros would change
  2. 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder - I use Dymatize Iso-100
  3.  2 TBSP - Fat Free Cream Cheese
  4. 1 TBSP - Sugar Free Caramel Syrup - I used Torani
  5. 10 g EnjoyLife mini chocolate chips


Soften cream cheese. Take 2 Tbsp fat free cream cheese and mix in protein powder and caramel syrup. Mix until they create a frosting like consistency. Spread on Moon Pops and top with mini chocolate chips!
