Banana Coconut Peanut Butter Pancakes
Are you a coconut lover? I am! There is something about coconut that makes me feel like I'm on vacation even though I'm really just sitting in my kitchen with kids running all around making it feel like I am anywhere BUT on a vacation! Hahah
I especially love the combination of banana with coconut but when you add peanut butter ... something magical happens! What makes this even better is the fact that these pancakes are healthy, delicious and full of protein! 42 grams of protein to be exact!
These pancakes will get you through the morning and possibly into the afternoon!
