Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

One of that hardest parts of the Flexible/IIFYM diet for me is hitting my protein quota for the day. It might not be that way for all of you but if it is, this is a delicious quick way to do it! So, I’ve found that one of the easiest ways to get it in, is using protein powder. You will notice if you're new to counting macros, protein powder can be used in ways that you never imagined! Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner or dessert, protein powder can give you the additional protein you need. It’s also usually much quicker to make then some chicken! Unless you were good and did some meal prepping!

The most common ways it's used is in a shake. I know ... hard to believe right! Heheh But today, I’ll give you my favorite protein shake recipe. Super easy and delicious!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake




1-2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (If it's the end of the day and you are running low on protein, go for the 2 scoops!)

3 Tbsp Jif Peanut Powder (or your choice of peanut powder)

1 Banana (Use 1/2 if you're running low on carbs)

1 Cup Spinach (You seriously don't even taste it. My 4 year old loves this shake and has no idea how healthy it is!)

6 Ice Cubes

1 Cup Water



Place in blender in the following order: Ice Cubes, Water, Protein Powder, Peanut Powder, Banana, Spinach.

Blend and Enjoy!
