Here is a very easy basic recipe that is “amped up” with protein to ensure you stay full until lunch! They are also a great breakfast to meal prep as they freeze perfectly and are easy to grab from the freezer when heading out the door to work and will be thawed by the time you get to your desk and sit down with your coffee!
Easy Blueberry Protein Muffins
1 box Betty Crockers Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
92 g Egg Whites
2 scoops Vanilla Protein (I used Dymatize ISO-100 Vanilla)
